In response to the Suburban Cook County stay-at-home advisory, Chicago Ridge Public Library has moved to curbside services effective Monday, November 16 until Wednesday, November 25.. Pickup hours are 11am-7pm Monday-Thursday, 11am-4pm Friday-Saturday unless otherwise stated. After November 25, library staff will be working remotely providing virtual reference and programming, and curbside pickup/in-building services will not resume until January. During this time, the library will expedite its renovation. All checked out materials will be renewed until at least December 30, and our bookdrop will remain open and monitored for you to return materials.
Virtual services including our online programs, ebooks and audiobooks, and our social media pages will remain available and active, along with our phone lines. We encourage everyone to take advantage of these services! If you need help getting connected with our online offerings, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Please continue to place holds as you normally would, either through our website or by calling the library. To pick up your holds, please call the library when you arrive and meet us at the front door.
We have lifted the limit on DVDs and other items you can check out - all items, not including techhnology equipment or video games, may be checked out in unlimited quantities.
Take-home crafts from our Youth Services department will be available for curbside pickup beginning each Monday.
Print jobs may also be picked up curbside, and as a courtesy, print jobs under 25 pages will be available free of charge. To submit your print jobs to us, click here and follow the instructions.
Please don't hesitate to call the library at 708-423-7753 with your questions. We hope to continue to serve our community while keeping everyone as safe as possible.
