This beginner friendly program is a combination of gentle stretching and beautiful sounds from crystal singing and Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs and other soothing instruments. 

The combination of sound and gentle stretching will help reduce stress by calming the mind and body and improving sleep.  Feel free to bring a yoga mat to fully relax.
