Join Fruteland Jackson for a blues-filled presentation on the emergence and evolvement of blues music in American culture.

He will cover Blues’ early folk roots to its most dominating contemporary styles and discuss the West African roots of American blues music, the urban conversion including the Great Migration, the roots of rock and roll, Willie Dixon, and the Chicago blues tradition.
