Are you able to identify signs of stress in your child(ren)? It is sometimes easier to assume that a child is misbehaving than to accept that they are experiencing stress.

This workshop is designed to teach you how children and teens experience stress, the impact stress has on their mental health, and learning how to support them with managing those identified stressors. Presented by Jeanine Pittman.
