Request a meeting room

When not in use by the Library, the meeting room is available to Chicago Ridge based community groups and organizations whose objectives are cultural, educational, or civic in character. The meeting room will accommodate a maximum of 40 people for outside events. A DVD player, sound system, and projection system are available for use if requested at booking.

Meeting Room Guidelines

  • Applications for meeting room use should be submitted at least two weeks before the requested booking.
  • The applicant must be present at all times during the stated reservation period.
  • Groups may not charge admission or request donations for attendance or participation.
  • The Meeting Room must be left in the condition in which it was found.

  • Applications are available at the Circulation desk or below. Email completed applications to admin@chicagoridgelibrary.org.
