This ninety-minute session teaches MammaCare® Method, the recognized standard for performing breast self-examination (BSE).

This ninety-minute session teaches MammaCare® Method, the recognized standard for performing breast self-examination (BSE). A MammaCare® certified BSE instructor provides info on breast cancer, risk factors, statistics, signs and symptoms, and guides you through the technique using tactually accurate breast models. Although BSE is not intended as a diagnostic method, it can be useful in noting any unanticipated changes in breast tissue and seeking timely health services.
