Walgreens Sponsored Flu Clinic

The Chicago Ridge Public Library is hosting a flu clinic sponsored by Walgreens!

Please sign up at the Adult Services desk at least five days prior to the event with your insurance. There is a zero copay with most insurance, and those covered by Medicare and Medicaid are fully covered. If you do not have insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, you have the option to fill out a voucher. Please speak to an Adult Services staff member for more information.
