If you used Beanstack for our previous reading programs, there is no need to make an account - just sign back in with your credentials and start logging!
Pick up a folder in Youth Services and take the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten Challenge! After each 100 books read, pick up a prize for you and your child! This program is for newborns & toddlers who have not yet entered kindergarten. To start logging your child's books virtually using Beanstack, click here.
Want to make sure you get a chance to read your favorite authors' books as soon as they come out? It’s as easy as picking up a Favorite Authors Reserve List at the Circulation Desk or Adult Services Desk, or emailing us at refdesk@chicagoridgelibrary.org. Check off your favorite authors on the list (as many as you want!), return it to the library, and the library will automatically place holds for you on forthcoming new adult fiction hardcover novels by your selected authors.
Looking for your next favorite book? Get your own personalized reading list from the Chicago Ridge Public Library staff! We'll send you a form where you can tell us your favorite authors, genres, and more, and we'll curate a selection of books for you to check out every two weeks.
