Come and learn how to laugh for no reason. Laughter is one of the best medicines, it helps with stress, anger and anxiety.

Laughter is an aerobic workout for the diaphragm, one of the easiest to practice anti-stress measures. You don't need to sweat on the jogging track to be doing healthy exercise. Enjoy the mental and physical benefits of laughter with Kathy, Registered Nurse and Certified Laughter Leader Expert, with the World Laughter Tour.
